1. Warming up

Push-ups wide grip on flat surface. Perform 3 sets of 12 – 10-8 reps.


2. Inclined bench press

Lie back on a bench inclined with 30-45 degrees with dumbbells in each hand resting on your thighs.


Use your thighs to push the dumbbells up and start.

Push the dumbbells up in a slight arch, so the inner bells of each dumbbell touch at the top.

Lower the dumbbells as down as you can to stretch your chest muscles.

Complete 3  sets of 12-10-8 reps

3. Inclined barbell bench press ( rod)

The Incline Barbell Bench Press is also a great, compound mass builder for the Upper Chest.

Lie back on a bench inclined at 30-45 degrees holding a rod. Push the rod up in a slight arch.


Repeat 3  sets with weight 5 kg 10 kg and 15 kg on both sides.

4. Inclined hammer strength machine

Incline Hammer Strength Machine allows for complete contraction of the Upper Chest.

Sit on hammer strength machine with straight back and tightly hold the handles, push up hardly with close arms so that all pressure puts on the upper chest.
